I completely understand that not everyone has the same love of fitness as I do. But that's not going to stop me from trying to motivate and inspire you to at least have a go. The benefits of a fitness regime are numerous. I find the best part of it is it makes you feel good, you get a sense of accomplishment, it can be a great stress reliever, makes daily tasks easier and of course there is the added bonus of a leaner body composition. 

I feel that being successful with a workout program has a lot to do with organisation. Working out where in our busy week we can fit it in, what we can do if you can't get to a gym or how we can get some worthwhile exercise done with the kids around. This is something I struggled with when my children were small and taking time for myself seemed selfish. Once I realised that daily exercise made me a happier person and a better mum, I made sure that it was scheduled in every day.

Cancellation Policy - If a client has to cancel or reschedule a scheduled appointment, the client must contact Coco Motion Mumma directly at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment. If this does not occur Coco Motion Mumma reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee equivalent to a personal training fee that would normally be charged for that training session. 

If a client fails to appear for a scheduled appointment, Coco Motion Mumma reserves the right to charge a no show fee equivalent to the personal training fee that would have been charged for the session.
